At long last, the dates, cities and shows have been determined for the Green to Green Tour. We're ready to add another definition of the word "green" to the golf world.Click on the map and check the TowCaddy calendar (November 8th entry) for the schedule. Hotels and golf courses are still to be determined, but we hear there are some viaducts still available along the route.
